redkathy While all three are social networks, mylot pays to discuss where as face book and twitter give one the opportunity to gain traffic and links for web sites and blogs. I use all three and think they are most helpful.

bagumbayan Even if they are saying diet and zero colas are sugar free I still believe there are some sugar in it. I also love to drink cola and I think it is not bad to my health. But water is the best substitute.

weird_oh_me I guess it would be better for you to just drink water. Colas contains too much sugar. I don't know about coke zero, but they say it has no sugar. Try to ask also you physician regarding that. It's hard to gamble especially when talking about health.

Is it imortant to dring a lot of water everyday? I thing that it's very important to drink water becouse it's healthy.If we can drink 8 - 12 cup's of water every day it makes us more healthy. Do you agree with that?
