Which is better Laptop HP or Sony?

I have a Sony VAIO, 2.4 ghz with 2 gb of ram and its working perfectly with windows vista and its design is very beautiful. I think sony have better laptop technology then HP.

My view is, this world can be prosperous and peaceful if world super power counties specially america will take some serious steps and close their so called war on terror because this so called war making this world more unsecured...
