i was student, every day my problem is how do i not sleepy. i can't concentrate on learning, my grades became ugly, i often fall asleep while the theacher explaining a lesson. i very ashamed, Can you give a comment for me?

asanti can't sleep? easy you just take medication to sleep. i also often can't sleep but i always take the medicine, which reacts to make sleepy. but you better consult doctor, more secure :)
