asdasdo The good way to Avoid sleep is by sipping water every 10-15 minutes. Have water bottle in front of you. If reading is 8 hour long than I would suggest variances in tricking sleep. 1. For first 2 hours use water bottle to sip water 2. For next 2 hour use...
