How to prevent Rheumatoid Arthritis? Is it a hereditary disease? What should one do when you think you have RA.According to RA specialists should we take the pain killers till end.Is it the only remedy?

I've a 33 months old son and whenever he gets a pen or crayon he keeps drawing on the wall when i am not there.I've tried to explain to him but in vain.When ever he sees me he tries to explain about his drawings like " mummy see...

Omega 3 eggs

We see eggs with omega 3 in market these days.Can we eat more of these eggs instead of fish? (Because omega 3 protects heart?) Or Should we stick onto fish for the omega 3 or switch to these eggs ignoring the fat?

Is soy milk good for health or bad? I've read in internet and hear people say that drinking soy milk will boost your oestrogen level so there are chances of breast cancer.I don't know whether if i should believe it or ignore it....

What is the best age for a child to learn musical instrument like keyboard ,drums,guitar? Can they start learning when they are three years or even earlier? Can a child start Yoga class when he is three year old?
