koushika this is a real problem for many...i ve observed my uncle stop smoking( mind you, he is a very heavy smoker) using a simple formula...he just wud eat a choclate or have a chewing gum (esp. mint) whenever he wants to smoke...and i m telling u the latest...

silverheart the only way out is determination..and the only one who can help u is u..may be it would be very tough in the beginning and u would feel why are u doing this to urself but u have to constantly tell urself that u are doing this for ur own good..ask people...
