Do you believe about coffee and cigarette diet?

I've a friend who always use to have coffee and cigarette for breakfast. It's her habit and she told me that it helps her to lose weight. Based on her figure it proves to be true,since before she's kinda have an above average...

ashtips13 Cigarette is Not a Good Choice... It Will Never be... There are a lot better things to do for a diet than Having a smoke...

ashtips13 I think it realy does not matter where do you live... It One Liter of Milke will cost the same every where these days. We Live in a Global Market... The Problem is how much can you earn and what are your PRIORITY in SPENDING!?!?!?

ashtips13 Hi, I Drink Coffee, or I used to do so.. I can't Drink Much of it now couse of the heigh Blod Pressure Things... About Milk... It is EXPENSIVE... I think that way not many People Drink it...

its not a new thing to see on news the women/ wives who are abused by their husbands...battered housewife...martyrs...huh! i don't know what kind of mind do those men have, those men who do violence to their wives...didn't they...
