hair sometimes get problem with split ends... the oldies say don't let the hand of a man touch a woman's hair...a man's hand is warm and it damages the hair ends... how true? what's the cure for split ends?

what's the difference? i drink both, but hot in the morning and cold at PM time. my co-worker says cold may cause stomach problems... i never had problems with cold tea... have you? what's the difference?
