A fanastic employee who just wont follow rules

hi friends, what would you do with an employee who is fantastic at his/her job with his/her production however who just refuses to follow certain company rules. would you throw them out or what? suggestions please.

asukasugo if i`m supervisor that employee. i don`t accept to that employee. because i don`t like this employee. i just dismissal that employee. and i don`t see that employee anymore.

asukasugo when i have a like this situation i tell to them. i really like your action. and then i explain to them. this things your fault. you try to say to him. i concentration to my job so you don`t do that anymore.
