Help with what to cook for friend

My friend is having a baby and her husband is stationed in Korea. She has a 5-year old and no one to help her when she gets home from the hospital, so I offered to make her some meals so she doesn't have to cook dinner at night....

aussieindigo I find that tuna casserole is ALWAYS a winner for moms with new babies! Most five year olds love it, and leftovers can be reheated or frozen for later use. To begin, I put a layer of pasta or rice in a rectangular baking tray, then cover with a white sauce...
