aux_raznochinet Breakfast is the most imporatant meal of the day. Try eating few at dinner and eat before 6PM.. when you wake up, you'd be hungry and try eating a lot so you have enough energy to spare and will last through the day.

aux_raznochinet I don't eat breakfast as well but I know its not the right diet. It should be..eat lots on breakfast and little in the evening. Anyway, what makes me eat in the morning? I don't eat a lot in the evening. I only eat fruits before 6PM and it really works!
