averymab The worst thing that my parent did to embarrass me is when my mom went on her way to the resort where I am and fetch me to go home. I was 20 years old at that time and I was so embarrass because my girl and boy friends are there.

averymab well as for me, I count one to ten and breathe in and out or if someone is saying something that makes my temper rise I just keep quiet and after a few minutes I walk away, so that I cannot say any bad thing in front of him/her.
