azdazhaz Here in America, we are fat. It's not a secret. Walking is a good way to lose weight and circulate blood, keep joints and bones moving and flexible. We spend a lot of time sitting in cars and sitting on computers and eating unhealthy foods from packages.

azdazhaz I am American. I will explain to you why our salaries are much higher. I have 2 children and we have a small apartment. To rent our apartment it costs over $1000 per month. Gas for our car costs $200 per month and taking the bus is not an option where we live....
