babshish Yes, I guess this is an appreciation for the issue faced by Indian members due to all this discripencies. They do care for all of their members no matter from which country they belong and thats the reason they are the best among all.

babshish Well yes they have made it mandatery to keep trak of your income as per RBI. But still you can operate your account and send and receive funds. If you don't have PAN Card, just apply for the same. It is easy and you will get the PAN Card within 3 weeks time....
