any ideas how to get my dog to stop urinating on my new tile floors? we just got new hardwood floors as well, but we've blocked off that portion of the house because we are scared he'll urinate on it as well.

When is the best time to tell your boss your not coming back to work after the baby arrives? should you tell him before the leave starts or near the end of the leave so insurance is still in effect?
