I personally feel that we learn something so consciously in schools which will lasts longer in our life. So learning yoga with proper guidance right from childhood really benefits us in many ways.. What are your views ?

Do you think is there something after life ? I read many books on that topic and which says life continues after death in different form. What is your opinion about it ? I'm not too sure about it... its a very interested topic to...

I have reduced a weight almost 5 years ago with heavy workouts ( brisk walking ) and diet control. Now due to busy schedule i gained more weight and almost started following diet controls... But i do not want to change my life...

balaji I'm so much eager in learning Hindi language.. as i'm listening Hindi musics these days without understanding lyrics which makes me much more eager to find the meanings of its lyrics which helps me a ton and motivates me to learn faster... I also interacting...

balaji Yes. Logically, Spiritually and also religiously most of the people are believing. The books i read about this concept refers spiritually which interests me a lot.. Thank you for reply :) :)
