bartell101306 I think that every state needs to decide whether or not to have it. That way people dont decide hey I want to kill this guy lets go to the next state over and get away with it. It all depends on what the crime is also. Some people need to live with the guilt...

bartell101306 I trip up the stairs and over my sons toys or my son sometimes. He likes to stay behind me when I don't know he is there. The other son is so small you have to actually look down to make sure you don't step on him. You never know which way they are going to go...
