beachcomber I just feel that this couple is so well off, not just starting out. They have been on their own for years, they should be able to pay for their wedding. The cars they drive would pay for two weddings.

beachcomber thanks for the info, the articule I read didn't mention that it was already law. Just that the state was going to fight it. It does make sence though.

I just got my seed catalog and I am longing to get started. Especially the herbs. So I will send off my order today, and start them as soon as the seeds come. I can't wait for spring and the planting season.

beachcomber I have used egg cartons to start my seeds, then transplant them to those little bathroom cups when the seedlings are tall enough. By then they are usually ready to go outdoors.

beachcomber It is cheaper to do this from seed, any you get more plants. My neighbors and I trade the seedlings so we a variety of plants.

beachcomber I am planning to start them in those little bathroom cups and put them on every window sill until I can move them outside. I was just looking at the pansies that I left out on the deck and even though its a subzero 13 degrees outside it still has a flower....

beachcomber I agree whole heartedly. I hate when I have to ask, what was that about. Who was it a commerical for. The Nationwide commerical last night was like that, I was paying to much attention to kev-fed, and missing the little signage at the end.

beachcomber Okay, thank you all, I found it. For others, still looking, under the word delete on the right side of the page is a tiny trash can, click on that and the alert box goes away. I guess MyLots wants to keep us looking at the alerts.

beachcomber That is a real problem for a lot of people. I agree with you kitchenwitch, you can't please everyone all the time. But you have to learn to respect the opinions of others no matter how different.
