Foods to help you relax

beckaboo I have only tried the tea to relax. I'm not too sure if the other ones work or not but I would also like to know. I have a hard time falling asleep at night so anything natural that works would be a really big help. Maybe I will try the oatmeal. Thanks!!

beckaboo For the most part I use a fork. If I am eating chicken wings or fingers or pizza or a sandwich or something I will eat with my fingers but I really wouldn't want to eat a plate of spaghetti with my fingers. Especially if I am eating two or three different...

beckaboo That is unbelievable. I don't understand what is wrong with these mothers doing this stuff to their babies. If you don't want children than stop having them!! It's as easy as that.

beckaboo I don't think that is right. It shouldn't matter what religion they are representing or not. The Salvation Army is helping take care of homeless people and people who really need help reguardless of their religion so what makes Target so high and mighty that...

beckaboo I quit about 9 months ago and I'm happy that I did, but I really miss it. I really don't want my kids growing up seeingme smoking and thinking it is ok. That was my biggest motivator (other than finding out I'm pregnant). And I know how terrible it is for me...

beckaboo I like coffee much more. And I only really like Chock Full O Nuts. I used to only drink Folgers but it got really expensive so I tried this one and haven't gone back since. I have to be "in the mood" for tea.

beckaboo The water here isn't really too bad, but we have a PUR gallon container in the fridge. It has a built in filter in it. We have a little girl who drinks alot of water and I would rather her drink better water.

beckaboo I like Gap long and lean. They are really expensive but you can find them on ebay pretty cheap. As long as they fit right they will make anyone look 10 lbs lighter and taller. Especially the dark ones.

beckaboo When they are really little, I like pampers swaddlers. After they his size 2 I like just plain old pampers and then when they start crawling and moving more I like pampers cruisers, but the cruisers are really expensive.
