The thing about Meditation

It has been told a zillion times that meditation would help build one's concentration and calms mind. Trust me i have tried meditating with all the needed dedication towards it. But every time I try doing it, it floods my mind...

sofs @beespeeks Your mind has a mind of its own and doesn't like to be restrained.. You may have to keep bringing it back a few hundred times.. it takes practice and effort.. but worthwhile in the end.
