It has been told a zillion times that meditation would help build one's concentration and calms mind. Trust me i have tried meditating with all the needed dedication towards it. But every time I try doing it, it floods my mind...

bhavana d I have tried few techniques too @sofs but for some reason its nothing but chaos in my mind! At the end of the meditation session all I become is more irritated and frustrated than be calm. May be i should try your technique too! :)
