benny_boy Haha, you are right, these days people can hardly keep buildings from standing more then a couple of decades. But that is the American mentality, why build something once, when you could build it cheap and make money, and make more money when you have to...

benny_boy I have not seen Palermo at night, but I was in Siracusa once and the night was beautiful there. All the city lights reflected over the water; from the sea, it looked like a real mirror.

benny_boy Exactly, we must speak out, because these kind of organizations florish under silence; if we removed the silence, they would quickly break apart. Think about it, if everybody revealed their little secrets about them, it would break them.

benny_boy Organized crime has been present in Sicily before Italy was even created, it started off as a form of protection for all Sicilians from the many invaders. Over the years, saddly, this all changed; because there were no more invaders.

benny_boy That is what my friend keeps on saying, whatever happens do not discourage yourself, and I think that goes with everything in life. If you give up, you will never reap any rewards in life.

benny_boy Yes Falcone and Borsellino are two very inspiring Sicilian figures. I still remember all the white clothes hanging outside peoples houses on the day of their killing.

benny_boy Me too, I like this idea. A friend said you can make a bit of money on myLot, but I am new to myLot and it is the first I hear of this kind of idea. It looks like it can work.
