How many hours of sleep do you personally require to be well rested?

I know that we do not always get the amount we need. And I also know that we do not all require the same amount. I am simply wondering about your requirement for sleep. How many hours would that be? Are you able to get enough?...

bennydeepak ya rite.. forslahiri i too hav a same kinda opinion.. abt 7 - 8 hours of ssleep is enough for a human. less than that like 4-5hrs can screw up 'the awake life' at morning..;)

now most of people have cell phones and even large number of them prefer multimedia phones..so what are things u do with ur phone do u just use ur mobile to make calls or try to hav fun like chatting through Sms,playing...

bennydeepak i like.. use my fone abt 30% as a fone..! other 70% wud be timepass lik games.. vdos.. music n all.. ofcourse.. sms n calls.. is wat a fone is meant for.. wen d brands r providing much more facilities than wanted y not use them!!..

Suppose there is an unknown call to you, will you pick up your phone? If it's in my city, perhaps I will pick it up. However, if it is from other cities, then usually I won't pick up my phone. As most of my relatives and friends...

I keep seeing references to this and it is supposed to be a beneficial practice that we should undertake whenever we brush our teeth. There can be a lot of build up of "gunk" on the tongue and in trun, this gunk can generate...

bennydeepak yup i make sure i do scrape afta brushing.. d taste buds kinda get refreshd.. a brush can b used.. but.. 8-|.. brush is meant 2 b brushd wid.. soo!!
