benzhukuaipao I have a good mathod you can try.Breakfast: twe eggs and a cucumber.lunch: two eggs and a cucumber.Dinner: a egg and a cucumber.if you can not stand the hunger,you can eat an apple or a tomato.Persist for a week,you can loose 2.5kg to 5kg
