berp99 i like the green apple also, because of its sour taste, its a good source of potassium, folic and vit.c, green apple is easy to digest , it also act as a liver and gall bladder cleanser.

berp99 yes its better to eat a fresh fruit than a canned fruit. fresh fruit is often much better source. vitamins in canned fruit can be destroyed in canning process.

berp99 yes its true it has a lot of nutrients, a good source of antioxidants it reducing risk factors for heart disease, it contains melatonin that which has been found to help regulate the body's natural sleep patterns, thanks for your response! happy mylotting!

berp99 "an apple a day keeps a doctor away" we are all aware of this saying.eating apples reduced risk of heart disease and diabetes. do not peel the apple, many of the preventive vitamins were found in the peel of the apple.

berp99 yes the price is rice not only in food but in everything clothes, gadgets, shoes etc.., my mom teach me not to spend money to much in a nonsense thing, we have to invest our money wisely even though we are still young.
