I love to go walking and I really find that it makes me feel great...Does anyone else like to walk?

Betsy34 I enjoy walking too. It makes me relax and forget about the stresses from the day at work or whatever is bothering me at the time.

Betsy34 My husband does that also and it drives me nuts. I don't want to see his underwear all the time and I'm pretty sure nobody else does either. It doesn't even bother him if the curtains are closed or not, AHH!

Betsy34 I was fortunate enough to be able to staty at home with my children until the youngest was 9, however, you will feel anxious no matter what the situation. In my case, the anxiousness regarding leaving the child for the time frame I was at work was diminished...
