bezzamae ohh im sorry about what happened to your doggie. ive experienced that thing also and it took me many months before i was able to let go... i have 6 dogs at home with different breeds. 2 are pugs, 2 are dachshunds and 2 are labrador. they are all in pair..

bezzamae when you sweat, u burn some calories. or even just the mere fact of standing, you are alreay burning a little amount of calories you have! keep sweating and youll end up losing more calories.
