i am a student from china , i study in henan , for CET-4 i must study english day and night,but only have little progress ,if anyong can teach my english i can teach he chinese (my chinese is so good ).thank you !

I applied to three schools earlier in the year and got into all three. West Chester University,Lock Haven University, and Shippensburg University. They are all state schools where i live in Pennsylvania and im not sure which one...
