find a soulmate to teach my english

i am a student from china , i study in henan , for CET-4 i must study english day and night,but only have little progress ,if anyong can teach my english i can teach he chinese (my chinese is so good ).thank you !

one thing you can improve you english is by means of chat, were you can use your limited english and you can learn more language from your chatmate...mylot is also a tools to improve your english..being active on here by sharing your good ideas to any members will help also...
