lilaclady I don't deal with heartache very well at all, I tend to locj myself away and do a lot of crying as I am not one who likes to talk to people when I am so down, I don't share this part of my life with anyone.

LeeLow For us here in Ireland it's seven years but you should be able to find it online in any of the military pages, sometimes you find it under the frequently asked questions section. Hope that helps!
