I'm a lactose intolerant?

cassidy22 Sounds like it to me. try buying Lactaid milk, or lactose free milk. My husband is mildly lactose intolerant, and he drinks that stuff by the glass. Tastes just fine and keeps him from getting an upset stomach or worse. I also cook with it.

Lately I have been felling really depressed and upset for no reason. Depression runs in my family and i need to know some of symptoms of depression and what not. Also I was wondering if my birth control (Depo) could be causing...

Lush_heidi it very well could be, perhaps you could talk to your dr about it. Have you experienced any anxiety,sadness, unexplained crying etc? Also talk to your dr about medicines that might can help you. I take lexapro and its a great medicine with no side effects...

hitzphillygirl Depression could be a side affect of some birth controls. Call your doctor if you're concerned.

tigrashadow many of us have been through what you are describing but many either just get on with things...or seek professional help from a GP or therapist...i suggest you do that because there are things to live for and if the thought of how much you would hurt your...

Namhcetrepus They have a name for people who kill themselves, COWARD. God didn't take anyones life, they just died. It happens, get over it and move on.
