Do you have experience on how best to deal with anorexia

I have a cousin who has anorexia though she has been discharged from hospital, i just want to know if anyone out there has some advice on how best to help recover faster, and not relapse.

blackmamba Thank you so much. You are so correct about the compliment thing, she just goes ballistic whenever i or anybody compliments her. Thanks a lot, this is so new to me.

You find yourself yawning and think, "I'm so tired. I need a good night's sleep." Nighttime comes, and you lie awake, tossing and turning, watching the clock, waiting for dawn to release you from this torture. Sound familiar?...

blackmamba Try Horlicks (its a beverage). Works like magic for me when i find it difficult to sleep. I work lateshifts weekdays so weekends my body finds it difficult to settle into sleep mode so i have a drink of Horlicks and drift off nicely to sleep. Hope this helps

blackmamba I dont drink alcohol, so you are not alone. The reason i dont drink alcohol is because i have some relatives who had alcohol related problems. Also i fear the decisions i might make under the influence of alcohol.

is Indian Music addapting Western Music's tunes?

hey guys I think that Indian music is now going out of its identity ... they are using hindi language but the tunes are addapted from western and arabic music... i think it should be in such a way that when u listen it u can judge...
