Aoi Hana I wash them only once. Like you, we rarely buy the cheap kind because not only do they have these weird smell, they are also hard, even if you add excess water. And if you add too much water they will become "lugaw".

dhangski I agree with you swirlz. I've tried it last week, and I had a hard time cooking it. And I don't like the taste of it. Glad that I didn't buy a sack or else, we'll be eating this for one month. HUGZ!

Thoroughrob I wouldn't say I have the fever anymore, but I do find it relaxing to sit and read and respond to interesting discussions. I don't make enough on Mylot to get real excited about. I do rate and respond most of the time.

ShellyB I believe some of it is like you say media coverage, and that we fuel this by wanting to know more. I do not believe we should be surprised by "morally bankrupt" politicians. Especially on elections days when each party seems to be in a dirty laundry...
