BlessedMi sure, I have been to NYC and my favorite attraction is the city's skyline at night viewed from one of those ferry boats. I'm really thankful that I was able to view it before 911 happened because after that the skyline is never the same. I've seen a few...

What do you think is the most doable solution to the "rock bottom" condition of the Philippines? by rock bottom i mean poor economy, few jobs, poor education, poor health care service, name it "poor"!

BlessedMi I agree with the last comment. The solution to any problem is within ourselves. Other people or nation can't change us or vice versa. Education is really one of the most important thing that anyone can have, and that doesn't necessarily mean formal education....

Do you tip better of the wiater or waitress is good looking? In my opinion, I have seen people tip a little more if the waiter/waitress is "hot" looking? What are your thoughts?
