Heather Echola My doctor always says the best plan is to eat less than you burn off. Keep track of what you eat, and also how much exercise you get. When you see it in writing then you can manage it better.

ronaldinu I always budget when my income arrives. I try to prioritize first things first. I have to pay mortgage and car loan. Then came other life expenses such as food, petrol and other expenses. If I do intend to buy something I make sure to save for it in advance.
