bliveinurself XD same for me. Thank you for your sharing. Sometimes i just realize it when I already doing it for a long time. I really have to stop pulling or plucking my hair while thinking, Im really afraid if im going bold because of this bad habits lol XD

bliveinurself I almost forgot to include some important tips to get better from cold. Try to take a sip or two of Honey. Honey is good for your health, it help regain your energy. Well, good luck trying :)
