What can be done to improve your blog readership ?

Hi guys, Just wanted to know that what can be done to increase blog readership and get more and more visitors reading your blog. it seems quite hard to maintain a good readership. What steps have you guys taken ?

bloginfrance I've found that writing regularly (I do a daily post), including lots of photos, always replying to comments and spending time reading other blogs and commenting sensibly on them has really helped build up my readership. But the main thing is to enjoy what...
