I used to have cold water bath in the morning. This could make me more refreshed and energetic to begin a new day. Before going to bed I prefer warm water shower. The massaging effect of the warm shower really makes me relaxed...

blueman 25 mins for trial version of photoshop. whats your internet speed. i think it is only a fraction of the whole software or you just donloaded the installer which will then download the main software. well, i am quite satisfied with cs2 and will be using it...
