Judy Evans Any book on writing will say that you need to write a great deal if you want to improve. I think any skill can be improved with practice but that doesn't mean that you'll become perfect but hopefully you'll become better.

The Sunshine!! I always had good terms with all my bosses and i definataly strike a conversation if we are together in the lift. If it's a super boss, and we don't interact much, still i would greet him/her. I don't find it embarrassing at all.
