blueskytreasures Sounds to me like all you need is to stay up a couple of nights at 2am and don't sleep until the next night at a normal time. Really it sounds like you just have to adjust to a normal sleeping habit and get yourself out of the 2am routine.

blueskytreasures I have grown to learn there is No Cure for insomnia! NONE! I have always had insomnia since I can remember. My doctor, and I suggest you only use medication through a doctors advice, prescribes a sleep medication I have been taking for years. It works, for me,...
