I quit smoking already but alcohol I really can't because of the circle of friends that I have and I don't want to loose them...does alcohol really makes you addict?

Will it do harm to body by using microwave oven to heat or cook food?

I heard and read on internet that using microwave oven to heat or cook food will do harm to body. It may kill any nutrients the food night have had, and even cause cancer. But some have opposite opinion. What do you think?
