is saying the two word "I'M SORRY",is something so hard to do??? even at times when you know its not your fault at all..would it be so hard to say I'm sorry just for the sake of ending the argument for instance or simply to humble...

boraitou well, saying "I`m sorry" for me is just like sacrificing my whole pride, ESPECIALLY if that fault isn`t mine. so, I really say that word if I really felt that bad, I mean "real bad"

I regularly jog in the morning and in the evening. Even if I did this regularly, I still have to lost paces with some of the joggers. Sometimes I run instead of jog but when breathing runs out I stop. I run leaving the joggers...

boraitou well, I think that you need a PROPER running exercises. so when you decided to jog/run set your target like how far you want to run and the most important thing is you should measure your time using stopwatch. Make sure you note your time and try to run faster...

Do you give money to beggars?

At some point, you may have been approached by someone on the street begging for money. In my case, I never give money to beggars because that would only encourage them to beg some more. Although, I would sometimes give them food....

boraitou well in case like that, i usually give them food NOT money, cause i believe that with giving them `easy money` they will be encouraged to beg things even more and that is not a very good way to help them. that`s why I choose to give them food. and of course...

Loosing weight tips?

I'd tried to lose weight many month now, but I can't start. I always got tempted by the sweet candy. Do you have any tips, to loosing weight? I will loose about 5 kg. What have you loosed total?

boraitou try not to eat dinner, it really help me lose weight. and of course do a lot of exercise, especially running. do it aroun 5 times a week. it really make me feel a lot healthier FYI i lost 30 KG in 4 months

Studying makes me sleepy sometimes... that is why instead of studying I just go to bed. Maybe I find the topic boring..or maybe it's because I study at night. I try to fight my sleepiness by drinking water or washing...

boraitou when i feel sleepy, i usually do some pushups or any small sport, so that i can lose that sleepiness, drinking a glass of water is also effective to lose my sleepiness. that`s all from me

My English Level is Blossoming
