bornfree333 Mid-morning and afternoon snacks should be nutritious, not junk. trail mixes contain healthy nuts, dried fruits and can add healthy calories to your mother diet.

bornfree333 Every people choose their own life, Cobain just find a way to release himself. i think some people know him because of his suicide. if he still lived, Nirvana will like other band vanished in someday.
