How can someone get rid of a scar?

I have a scar and I don't like it too much. I have used mederma, scar zone and Palmer's Scar Serum. They all help a lot, but I can still see the scar. It has been almost two and a half years and I have been using those products...

bthny03 rosehip oil is not true it didnt work to my scars.. i hate it.. i want my money back..
