i have been told that eating cheese b4 going to bed gives you wierd dreams. i have noticed that it seems to be true does anybody else have dreams when they eat cheese at bed time? if so does anybody know why it happens

does anyone else suffer anxiety, has anyone overcome it, if so how? do the methods on the web, such as the linden method work? they claim to cure anxiety but they charge money. are they worth buying?
