Marja I like to walk.. no car .. no bicycle.. a rollator helps a lot some friends take me in their car now and then to the store nearby and to the Kingdom Hall now that it is possible when the pandemia is over .. we can also meet with Zoom too

Marja I think I will..have used them before- When I lived in Stockholm, I learned a lot from experienced people about health, there was even a restaurant that sold healthy foods.. Might be still there yet
