bulldog13 I totally agree with this point of view. She can't really help she found someone that treats her better, but she needs to break it off with her boyfriend.

should we drink water after eating food or wait for an hour??

should we drink after eating food or not?? if not why?? or should we drink before food?? i have heard something like thing that we should not drink water after eating food.. why??

bulldog13 Water can also make you feel more full and bloated while you eat. However, water will help with your digestion process.
