Lose weight is a kind of painful thing,isn’t it ?

This monday ,i began to a week‘s lose weight project ,and I ate little food every day ,just apples and some water? It’s very painful?But to be more beautiful ,do I have an other choise ? How do you think it ?

waytovj Well loosing weight is not easy but I can tell you it is nothing impossible. You just need a lot of self determination. I dont think you should starve for loosing weight that can lead to more severe consequences. You should keep yourself healthy at the...
