cannie Congratulations! i have lost weight many times,but never success before,everytime i meet with something difficult i will eat a lot of food.i know it is not healthy,but i always can't control myself. Can you tell me your way of losing weight?

This monday ,i began to a week‘s lose weight project ,and I ate little food every day ,just apples and some water? It’s very painful?But to be more beautiful ,do I have an other choise ? How do you think it ?
