i am really very sad today,in the morning i got a short message from my father,he said my grandmother had passed away,at that time i really felt the skies were falling down.we have a very deep emotion,actrally i work hard everyday...

Lose weight is a kind of painful thing,isn’t it ?

This monday ,i began to a week‘s lose weight project ,and I ate little food every day ,just apples and some water? It’s very painful?But to be more beautiful ,do I have an other choise ? How do you think it ?
